Please be punctual to the classes in order not to interrupt your classmates or interfere with their learning. If there is a delay of over 15 minutes from the beginning of the class, the school may give away the spot in the classroom to another student wanting to attend the class without prior reservation.

Please be polite and respectful with your classmates.

Eating is not permitted inside the classrooms.

The school may reserve the right to ask a student to leave the course if she/he does not follow the discipline rules. No refund would be made in the case.

The school may reserve the right to cancel a class if there are less than three students attending it.
The classes need to be booked or cancelled at least 24 hours before class time. During the weekend they need to be booked or cancelled before Friday until 8 pm. In case you do not do follow these steps, the classes will be counted as “attended classes” and those hours will be deducted on the student’s hours. Once the course starts, money won’t be refunded. In case the student needs to stop the course, we would offer the possibility to freeze the course and continue it in the future.
In case of being an underage student, the father, mother or legal tutor must sign their consent and the rules for the courses and accommodation in a document enabled for it before the enrollment.
Private classes need to be cancelled at least 4 hours before the class. If not, they will be considered as attended classes.
It is possible to change the intensity of the purchased course in the same type of course, that is, it is possible to extend the number of hours of an extensive course to an intensive course or also, to expand the number of private classes in a private classes course. In that case, students must send an email to info@elcarmenspanishschool.com (at least 7 days before the change) to notify their will.

In case students want to change the type of the course, that is, from a group course to a combined course or convert the hours of the group course paid into private classes, the student will need to justify the change for one of the following reasons (specific learning needs (dyslexia, etc.); return to the country of origin earlier; serious illness; change of availability for work (in case the school does not have group courses available at a time acceptable for the student); demostrable coexistence problems in class).
- In all these cases, students will have to provide valid documentation that can prove the need for the change.
- In this case, the school would calculate how many hours of group classes will be discounted to have 1 hour of private class. The number of hours will depend on the price paid before the course. In no case will less than 4 hours of group classes be discounted to have 1 hour of private class.
- In case of lack of documentation, the student will be free to buy additional private classes to combine them with their group course.

If the students do not attend at least 75% of the classes, they lose the possibility to receive the final language certificate.

The school reserves the right to cancel its courses for administrative or academic reasons. In case of course cancelation from the school, the students will be offered another option for the same price that he/she paid. If the student does not accept the option offered by the School he/she’ll have a refund.

In the event that a student books an activity and does not show up, the money will not be refunded. Only in cases of demonstrable justification due to illness or accident it will be possible to have a refund.

The school has a procedure for dealing with complaints, claims or suggestions from students. For this, you can find a yellow mailbox at the reception. Ask our receptionist how to do it.

At the end of the course, with your certificate, you will receive a satisfaction survey to evaluate your stay at the school. You can leave it at the reception at the end. Your opinion is important for us!

NORMAS DE LA ESCUELA

Sé puntual cuando asistas a clase para no interrumpir a tus compañeros o interferir en su aprendizaje. Si tienes un retraso de más de 15 minutos del inicio de la clase, la escuela puede recomendarte asistir a la próxima clase para no molestar a tus compañeros ni interrumpir el ritmo de la clase.
Sé educado y respetuoso con tus compañeros.
No se permite comer en las clases.
La escuela se reserva el derecho a pedir que un estudiante abandone el curso si él o ella no sigue unas disciplinas de comportamiento. No se devolvería el dinero en este caso.
La escuela se reserva el derecho a cancelar una clase si no se alcanza el número mínimo de estudiantes para el grupo: 3 personas.
Las clases deberán ser reservadas o canceladas 24 horas antes de la clase. Si es fin de semana, las clases deberán reservarse o cancelarse el viernes hasta 20.00h. En caso de no hacerse de este modo, la clase contará como hecha y por tanto se perderán las horas. Las clases podrás ser reservadas o canceladas enviando un email a info@elcarmenspanishschool.es o llamando al +34 963914518.

Una vez esté el curso empezado, no se devolverá el dinero de este curso. Sin embargo, la escuela ofrecerá al estudiante la opción de usar sus horas cuando mejor le convenga.

En caso de ser menor de edad, el padre, madre o tutor legal deberá firmar su consentimiento y las reglas para los cursos y los alojamientos en un documento habilitado para ello antes de la matrícula.

Las clases privadas deberán ser canceladas al menos 4 horas antes del horario preestablecido para la clase. Las clases canceladas con retraso se considerarán como clases hechas.

Es posible cambiar la intensidad del curso comprado en el mismo tipo de curso, es decir, es posible ampliar el número de horas de un curso extensivo a un curso intensivo o también, ampliar el número de clases privadas en un curso de clases privadas. En ese caso, los estudiantes deben enviar un correo electrónico a info@elcarmenspanishschool.com (al menos 7 días antes del cambio) para notificar su voluntad.

En caso de que los estudiantes quieran cambiar el tipo de curso, es decir, de un curso de grupo a un curso combinado o convertir las horas del curso de grupo pagadas a clases privadas el estudiante necesitará justificar el cambio por una de las siguientes causas (necesidades específicas de aprendizaje (dislexia, etc.); regreso al país de origen antes del tiempo; enfermedad grave; cambio de disponibilidad por trabajo (en caso de que la escuela no tenga disponibles cursos de grupo en un horario aceptable para el estudiante); problemas de convivencia en la clase).
- En todos estos casos, los estudiantes tendrán que aportar una documentación válida que pueda comprobar la necesidad del cambio.
- En este caso, la escuela calcularía cuántas horas de clases grupales serán descontadas para tener 1 hora de clase privada. El número de horas dependerá del precio pagado antes del curso. En ningún caso se descontarán menos de 4 horas de clases de grupo para tener 1 hora de clase privada.
- En caso de falta de documentación, el estudiante será libre de comprar clases privadas adicionales para combinarlas a su curso de grupo.

Si los estudiantes no asisten al menos al 75% de las clases, pierden la posibilidad de recibir el certificado de aprovechamiento al final de su curso.

La escuela se reserva el derecho de cancelar sus cursos por razones administrativas o académicas. En caso de cancelación del curso por parte de la escuela, se ofrecerá a los estudiantes otra opción por el mismo precio del curso ya comprado. Si el estudiante no está satisfecho de la alternativa propuesta tendrá derecho a un reembolso.

En caso de que un estudiante reserve una actividad y no se persone, no se le devolverá el dinero. Solo en casos de justificación demostrable por enfermedad o accidente.

La escuela dispone de un procedimiento de atención a las quejas, reclamaciones o sugerencias de los estudiantes. Para ello, se puede encontrar un buzón amarillo en la recepción. Pregunta a nuestra recepcionista cómo hacerlo.

Al final del curso, junto con tu certificado, recibirás una encuesta de satisfacción para evaluar tu estancia en la escuela. Puedes dejarla en la recepción cuando la termines. ¡Tu opinión es importante!

Будьте пунктуальны, чтобы не прерывать своих однокурсников и не мешать их обучению. Если вы задерживаетесь более чем на 15 минут, школа может порекомендовать вам посетить следующий урок, чтобы не беспокоить однокурсников и не нарушать темп занятий.

Будьте вежливы и уважительны к своим однокурсникам.

Еда на уроках запрещена.

Школа оставляет за собой право попросить учащегося покинуть урок, если он или она не соблюдает поведенческие дисциплины. В этом случае деньги не будут возвращены.

Школа оставляет за собой право отменить урок, если присутствуют менее 3 человек.

Занятия должны быть забронированы или отменены за 24 часа до начала. Если это выходные, занятия должны быть забронированы или отменены в пятницу до 20.00. Если это не будет сделано, урок будет засчитываться и, следовательно, часы будут потеряны. Чтобы перейти от группового курса к комбинированному курсу или преобразовать оплаченные групповые часы в частные уроки, студент должен иметь следующие основания: потребность в обучении (дислексия и т. д…); возвращение в страну проживания раньше времени; тяжелая болезнь; изменения в рабочем расписании (в случае, если в школе нет доступных групповых курсов по графику, приемлемому для студента); проблемы в общении в классе.
- Во всех этих случаях студент должен будет предоставить действительные документы, которые могут доказать необходимость изменения.
- В этом случае школа рассчитает, сколько часов групповых занятий будет зачтено, чтобы иметь 1 час частного занятия. Количество часов будет зависеть от цены, уплаченной до начала курса. Если у вас осталось менее 4 часов групповых занятий данные изменения невозможны.
- В случае отсутствия документов студент может оплатить дополнительные частные занятия, чтобы добавить их к своему групповому курсу.

Если студенты не посещают по крайней мере 75% уроков, они не получат сертификат о прохождении курса.

Школа оставляет за собой право отменить курсы по административным или академическим причинам. В случае отмены курса школой студентам будет предложен другой вариант по той же цене уже приобретенного курса. Если студент не удовлетворен предлагаемой альтернативой, он будет иметь право на возмещение.

Если студент бронирует занятие и не придет, деньги не возвращаются. Только при подтверждения болезни или несчастного случая, деньги могут быть возвращены.

В школе действует процедура рассмотрения жалоб, претензий или предложений учащихся. Для этого на ресепшене можно найти желтый ящик. Спросите у нашего администратора, как это сделать.

В конце курса вместе с вашим сертификатом вы получите опрос удовлетворенности, чтобы оценить ваше пребывание в школе. Вы можете оставить его на ресепшене, когда закончите. Ваше мнение важно для нас!

COVID MEASURES AND SAFETY REGULATIONS:

All students and staff must wear safe masks. In case you forget your mask, the school can provide you one for €2.
Hand sanitizer gels are provided by the school and located in every classroom and common areas of the school. It’s mandatory to wash your hands once you are in the class.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been in contact with someone who has coronavirus, please stay home and do all the tests needed before coming back to the school. In this particular case, the classes you’ll lose won’t be deducted from your course.
The maximum number of students per class is reduced to 6/7 people + the teacher.
Please, respect the safety distance.
All classrooms will be cleaned with proper cleaning products after or before the lessons.
All students must come to the class with their own material (notebooks, pencils, pens etc.). The teachers cannot provide the students with these items.

MEDIDAS COVID Y NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD:

Todos los estudiantes y el personal deben usar mascarillas apropiadas. En caso de que olvides tu mascarilla, la escuela puede proporcionar una por 2 €.

Los geles desinfectantes para manos son proporcionados por la escuela y están ubicados en cada clase y áreas comunes de la escuela. Es obligatorio lavarse las manos una vez que esté en la clase.

Si tiene síntomas de COVID-19 o si ha estado en contacto con alguien que tiene coronavirus, quédese en casa y haga todas las pruebas necesarias antes de regresar a la escuela. En este caso particular, las clases que perderá no se deducirán de su curso.

El número máximo de alumnos por clase se reduce a 6/7 personas + el profesor.

Por favor, respete la distancia de seguridad.

Todas las aulas se limpiarán con productos de limpieza adecuados antes o después de las lecciones.

Todos los alumnos deben venir a clase con su propio material (cuadernos, lápices, bolígrafos, etc.). Los profesores no pueden proporcionar estos elementos a los estudiantes.

Все студенты и сотрудники должны носить маски. В случае, если вы забудете свою маску, школа может предоставить вам ее за 2 евро.

Гели для дезинфекции рук предоставляются школой и расположены в каждом классе и местах общего пользования школы. Обязательно помойте руки перед уроком.

Если у вас есть симптомы COVID-19 или вы контактировали с кем-то, у кого есть коронавирус, пожалуйста, оставайтесь дома и сделайте все необходимые тесты, прежде чем вернуться в школу. В данном случае занятия не будут вычтены из вашего курса и вы сможете восполнить позже.

Максимальное количество учеников в классе сокращается до 6/7 человек + учитель.

Не забывайте соблюдать безопасную дистанцию.

Все классы будут продезинфицированные надлежащими чистящими средствами после или перед уроками.

Все учащиеся должны прийти в класс со своими собственными принадлежностями (тетрадями, карандашами, ручками и т.д.). Учителя не могут предоставить учащимся эти предметы.
