Esta semana os invitamos a descubrir Cuenca y la Ciudad Encantada, dos lugares únicos que combinan historia, naturaleza y paisajes de ensueño.
En Cuenca, ciudad declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, pasearemos por su impresionante casco antiguo, situado sobre una colina rocosa y famoso por sus Casas Colgadas sobre el río Júcar. Con un guía oficial, conoceremos sus monumentos más emblemáticos: la Iglesia de San Pedro, la Plaza Mayor con su Catedral gótica y el Ayuntamiento, el Museo de las Ciencias, la Torre Mangana y un mirador con vistas espectaculares de la ciudad moderna. 🏛️
Después, nos adentraremos en la Ciudad Encantada, un paraje natural único en el corazón del Parque Natural de la Serranía de Cuenca, rodeado de pinos gigantes y formaciones rocosas que parecen esculpidas por la fantasía. 🌲🪨 Este lugar fue declarado Sitio Natural de Interés Nacional en 1929 y es ideal para aprender sobre los procesos geológicos kársticos mientras disfrutamos de un entorno mágico.

This week we invite you to discover Cuenca and the Enchanted City, two extraordinary places where history and nature come together in perfect harmony.
In Cuenca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we’ll explore its old town perched on a rocky hill, famous for the Hanging Houses overlooking the Júcar River. With an official guide, we’ll visit the city’s highlights: San Pedro Church, Plaza Mayor with its Gothic Cathedral and City Hall, the Museum of Sciences, Mangana Tower, and a viewpoint offering stunning views of modern Cuenca. 🏛️
Afterwards, we’ll head to the Enchanted City, located in the Natural Park of the Cuenca Mountains. Surrounded by tall pines and whimsical rock formations shaped by time and erosion, this magical site was declared a Natural Site of National Interest in 1929. 🌲🪨 It’s a fascinating place to learn about karst landscapes and enjoy an unforgettable walk in nature.
